20.1 HEdzUp.net is operated as a private network at the expense of the network administrator and is not intended to make a profit. Any income generated by activity on the website (including from third party advertisers like Google Ads) will be paid to the network administrator towards administration costs.

21.1 This website is owned and operated by Leigh Cook, a fellow home educator. If HEdzUp really takes off, it may need to be formed into some kind of company or charity, in which case you will be notified of any necessary changes to these terms beforehand, so that your data can remain intact during such an event. For this reason, terms like "we", "us" and "our" have been used, in various places throughout this site, to represent HEdzUp in a corporate sense, even though it's just little old me behind the scenes!
